Most of us were trained to ask:
“What’s wrong?”

EFT helps you ask something different:
“What’s happening underneath?”

And that shift changes everything.

You begin to understand your clients through emotion, attachment, and connection—not just behaviour or symptoms.

And from there, your work starts to feel deeper, clearer, and more impactful.

💛 If you’re looking to grow your clinical skills in a meaningful way, this is a great place to start!

Ever notice how clients can understand their patterns…
and still feel stuck in them?

That’s because change doesn’t just happen through insight.

It happens when we access and work with the emotion underneath—the part that’s driving the pattern in the first place.

This is the foundation of Emotionally Focused Therapy.

A model that helps therapists move beyond surface-level conversations and into the moments where real change happens.

✨ If you’re curious about learning EFT, our upcoming trainings are a great place to start https://tceft.ca/all-new-events/

When you’re working with families, it can feel like you’re holding so much all at once…

Different perspectives.
Big emotions.
Long-standing patterns that don’t shift easily.

EFFT gives you a way to slow it all down—and work at the level where real change happens.

In this 4-day in-person training, you’ll learn how to understand family dynamics through an attachment lens, work with emotion in the moment, and guide families toward meaningful repair and reconnection.

This isn’t just about managing conflict.
It’s about helping families create new emotional experiences that reshape how they relate to each other.

Are you working with an individual who is also doing couple or family therapy, or vice versa, and you want clarity about how to best collaborate?

Do you have a couple or family and think one partner could use additional support, but aren’t sure how to address that?

Do you have an individual client talking about relationship concerns, and you are wondering if you can do anything more or if you should just refer out?

How and when can we integrate the different modalities of EFT? Can I move from EFIT to EFCT? Or use an EFIT session in my EFFT? And what is a visitor session?

Come and learn how to assess when we can apply different formats according to your client’s goals, and the practical and logistical side of informed consent, privacy and documentation.

Because land acknowledgements are not enough.
At the Toronto Centre for EFT, we believe in action. Healing and repair demand more than words—they require commitment, equity, and accountability.
That is why, each year, we donate a portion of our training fees to Indspire, a national Indigenous charity that invests in the education of First Nations, Inuit, and Métis people. Education is not only a right; it is a pathway to equal opportunity, justice, and thriving communities.
Indspire’s guiding belief—Indigenous Education is Canada’s Future—resonates with our deepest values of growth, healing, and connection. Their impact is widely recognized:
Charity Intelligence Canada awarded Indspire a five-star rating and named it a Top 10 Canadian Impact Charity (2017–2024).
Maclean’s selected Indspire as a Top Rated Charity in 2019 and 2020.
We are proud to stand with Indspire and to contribute to the ongoing work of repair, justice, and hope.

The brain keeps us safe by staying on guard and that safety can also keep us stuck. Without a corrective emotional experience with a safe other, we stay in protection mode and can keep the world at arm's length. Healing begins when safety and connection are created, in relationship, teaching the brain it is okay to open again. Come learn more on October 27th-29th in Toronto at the EFIT Essentials with my colleague, Dr. Leanne Campbell and me, Robin Williams Blake as we share Sue Johnson's amazing EFIT model to help you work with your individual clients. www.tceft/all-new-events/
