Glaucoma is notoriously known as the ā€œsilent thiefā€ of sight because it affects peripheral vision first, which most people don’t notice.

Start your 2026 right with these healthy eye habits!

šŸ—“ 1. Many eye conditions do not have symptoms and can only be diagnosed with a comprehensive exam.

šŸ’» 2. Every 20 minutes look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds to reduce eye strain and dryness. Also recommended for kids to slow myopia progression.

šŸ•¶ 3. Slows cataract progression, prevents eyelid cancers, protects from debris.

šŸ„— 4. These contain anti-oxidants and vitamins that can improve eye health.

🚭 5. Both bad for the body and the eyes. Can lead to dry eyes, macular degeneration and early cataracts.
