This video explains how to safely remove a CPAP connector that gets stuck inside tubing, which often happens due to humidity, tight pressure fit, or tubing softening over time. Do not pull straight out or use sharp tools, as this can stretch or tear the hose. Instead, hold the tubing firmly, twist the connector gently back and forth, and apply slow, steady outward pressure to break the seal. If it is difficult to grip, use a dry cloth or rubber grip for better control. After removal, inspect the tubing for stretching or cracks and make sure the connector still fits snugly. To prevent this in the future, avoid pushing connectors in too far, allow tubing to fully dry, and replace tubing if it becomes loose or overly soft.
