We have a few spots available if anyone wants free yoga tonight. 6-7:30. 21 Strickland Ave.
We are following the theme of Friday's Sonic Quilt and focusing on the heart center and the magnetic field, followed by long chant for the chakra's and ending with a crystal bowl savasana.
