It's spring!!!!
Okay, it's still a bit chilly, but the warmer weather is
back, and we'll all want to garden and tidy the house,
but be careful:
_ Don't do everything at once and without taking breaks.
_ Use a small bench or knee pads for anything too low,
especially in the garden.
_ Wear gloves.
_ Drink plenty of water, especially if the sun is shining.
_ Enjoy your drinks once everything is tidy.
_ Apply ice wherever it hurts (lower back or shoulders)
before going to bed.
_ Call Ben or make an appointment if the problem
persists for more than 3 days.
