🕯️ Today is International Su***de Prevention Day.
To those who are struggling: your pain is real, and your story matters.

We want to remind you that healing is possible—even if it doesn't feel that way right now. You're not weak for feeling overwhelmed. You are surviving with the weight of things that were never meant to be carried alone.

If you're supporting someone who is struggling, thank you. Your presence matters more than you may ever know.

💛 You are not alone.
💛 You are not a burden.
💛 You are deeply worthy of support, care, and life.

Do I really need to be perfect? 🤔
Perfectionism can sneak in when our drive to do well gets tangled with self-worth. While healthy striving embraces growth and allows for mistakes, maladaptive perfectionism stems from fear, comparison, and unrealistic expectations—often fueled by social media, conditional praise, or past trauma.

It can show up as procrastination, relationship strain, and constant self-criticism, despite external success. But healing is possible. 🌱
Self-compassion, flexible thinking, and letting go of “all or nothing” beliefs can help us move from burnout to balance. You’re allowed to be human—not perfect. 💛
