Guess the special test. 👀

Here are your clues:

• The arm is lifted straight in front of the body.

• The palm faces up during the movement.

• The clinician asks the patient to hold that position.

• Downward pressure is applied to the arm.

• The patient tries to resist the pressure.

• Pain is often felt at the front of the shoulder if the test is positive.

Think you know the test?

What you train today shapes how you move tomorrow 💪

It’s not just about the exercise. It’s about building strength, control, and confidence over time.

Consistent, intentional training adds up… and that’s what carries into everything you do outside the gym ✨

Sciatica exercises I never skip for my patients. 👇

• Banded clamshell
Strengthens the glutes to support the hips and pelvis, helping reduce extra strain on the lower back and sciatic nerve area.

• Nerve flossing
Gently mobilizes the sciatic nerve to help it move better through surrounding tissues and reduce irritation.

• Seated piriformis stretch
Targets tight hip muscles that can place pressure on the sciatic nerve.

• Standing hip abductions
Builds outer hip strength to improve pelvic stability during walking and daily movements.

• Standing hip extensions
Activates the glutes and posterior chain so the lower back doesn’t have to do all the work.

Move slow and stay controlled. Consistency beats intensity every time. 🙌

5 reasons why you should try acupuncture. 👇

• Helps manage pain
Commonly used to reduce muscle, joint, and tension-related discomfort.

• Promotes relaxation
Many people feel calmer after sessions, helping ease stress and body tension.

• Supports circulation
Stimulating specific points may help encourage blood flow in targeted areas.

• Reduces muscle tightness
Can help muscles relax, improving comfort and movement.

• Works well with other treatments
Often combined with physiotherapy, exercise, and manual therapy for better overall care.

Sometimes recovery isn’t about doing more it’s about helping your body reset. ✨

Your back pain isn’t random… and it’s usually not just your back 👇

It’s often a mix of how you move, how much you move, and what your body is prepared for.

• Sitting all day can stiffen joints and weaken support muscles
• Doing too much too fast can overload tissues
• Limited mobility or strength elsewhere changes how your back handles stress

Real progress starts when you stop chasing one “problem area” and start improving how your whole body moves 💪

How does fascial stretch work? Here’s a quick breakdown.👇

• Targets the fascia
Focuses on improving the mobility of the connective tissue that surrounds muscles, joints, and organs.

• Releases tight restrictions
Repetitive movement, poor posture, or inactivity can cause fascia to tighten and limit how your body moves.

• Assisted multi-directional stretching
Your body is guided through gentle stretches in different directions to help lengthen and hydrate the tissue.

• Improves overall movement
Helps muscles and joints move through a fuller range of motion while reducing tension.

Move better, feel looser, and restore the way your body is meant to move.

If your body feels stiff, restricted, or tight, fascial stretching might be what you’re missing. ✨
