It’s for processing the pain of the world without carrying it in your body. To alchemize fear into light.

I don’t really care right now about saying the right thing, having the perfect grid, using the best hook, or curating something polished. The world is in pain. And our nervous systems know it.

From what we’re seeing online…war, injustice, children suffering, lies being exposed, the crumbling of systems and people we once believed in… it’s a lot. The human brain locks onto pain. We watch. We absorb. We feel overwhelmed, anxious, angry, heartbroken… and then we still have to carry on with our own lives.

Pain has a way of paralyzing us. So we do nothing. We doom scroll. We feel like s**t. And the energy stays stuck.

I don’t want this space to be about feeding that. 🙅🏼‍♀️

I feel deeply called to offer something different… a safe place to land, to breathe, to remember your own power in all of this. Even when you don’t know what the hell you can do financially, physically, or practically.

Because you are doing something with your energy…whether you realize it or not.

This meditation is a daily practice I do myself. I recorded it because it feels needed right now.

It’s a way to let the pain move through the body instead of getting trapped inside it… to draw anxiety, fear, and grief up and out through the breath… and then to consciously fill yourself back up with light, clarity, and life force.

And from there… to send that light outward. To your family. To your neighbors. To the world. This isn’t bypassing what’s happening. It’s alchemizing it.

When you activate and ignite your own light from within and radiate it outward, it does change things. On an individual level. On a collective level. Energy ripples. Always has.

Before you set your New Year’s goals, settle your body. This is ESSENTIAL. I know it’s exciting brainstorming all the amazing things you want to accomplish but settling your body is a must before putting pen to paper.

A nervous system that’s still jacked up from the holidays or a heavy year will choose goals from fear, pressure, or proving 100% of the time.

What you want to create goals from is truth and alignment.

So before planning anything:
Slow your breath. 3x deep breaths
Ground your body. Imaging rooting into earth
Release what you’re done carrying from this year…simply by deciding you no longer need it. Byeeee bye limiting beliefs 🙋🏼‍♀️

Then write the goal.

And now take a moment to ask yourself:
• Do I actually want the life this goal requires?
• Is this desire coming from alignment… or from fixing, proving, or escaping?
• Would I still want this if no one ever saw it?

Clarity doesn’t come from forcing a vision.
It comes when your body feels safe enough to be honest.

Set goals from regulation not urgency.
That’s when they actually become real.✨

I used to think I was stuck because I wasn’t disciplined enough… or clear enough… or brave enough.

But the truth is, my body was just choosing what it knew. Even when it hurt. Even when it kept me small.

Familiar pain felt safer than unfamiliar freedom.

At least it was predictable. At least my nervous system knew how to survive it.

Nothing shifted for me until I stopped judging that… and started creating safety for something new.

That’s the work I’m bringing into 2026. Not forcing change but making growth feel safe enough to stay.

This isn’t about taking sides in ideology.
It’s about naming a pattern that keeps repeating and asking ourselves what we’re choosing to perpetuate.

I believe there can be beauty in belief, tradition, and faith when they bring us closer to love, compassion, and one another.

I also believe we have to be honest about when belief is used as a shield for unhealed pain, fear, and harm.

Violence doesn’t come from God.

It comes from pain that hasn’t been met, felt, or healed.

My heart is with every innocent life lost, every family changed forever, and every community living in fear.

I continue to pray that we can all remember our shared humanity before anything else.

And may we be brave enough to choose peace again and again.

Your body is always listening to quiet language you speak to yourself when no one else can hear it.

Every thought shifts your chemistry.
Every belief alters your energy.
And over time, the way you speak to yourself becomes the atmosphere you live in…internally and externally.

When your inner language is harsh, life feels heavier.

Opportunities feel farther.

Your world reflects the doubt you’re carrying.

But when you soften your self-talk, when your words support your healing instead of your fear …your entire reality shifts.

Your nervous system relaxes.
Your energy expands.
And the world begins to respond to you with that as well.

For a long time, I thought pain meant something was wrong with me.

But I can see now that pain was always trying to show me something.

Pain when something isn’t going your way
is usually life showing you where you’re out of alignment.

Pain from grief or loss
is love with nowhere to go if you haven’t learned how to direct the energy behind it.

Pain from heartbreak
is your heart breaking open so you can learn to love in a truer way and maybe that love needs to go towards yourself.

And pain from growth
that’s your soul stretching into a new version of you, which is always uncomfortable.

I used to run from pain. Numb it and completely avoid it.

Now I sit with it, breathe through it, and ask what it’s here to teach me with compassion.

Because pain is simply information.

It’s how your body and your energy try to get your attention.

And when you finally start listening,
you realize it’s been guiding you home all along.

That’s what energy work taught me.

And it’s the same work I share now, helping others reconnect with themselves and find peace in the places they used to resist.
