Eyebrow: Releasing and letting go of all the stress, anxiety, resentment, anger, and fear.
Side of eye: Releasing and letting go of all the sadness, worries, hurt, and confusion.
Under eye: Releasing and letting go of the tension in my body, pressure in my head, heart, and belly.
Collarbone: Releasing and letting go of the self-defeating thoughts, self-loathing, and self-hatred.
🤲 Grab your wrist. Say “Peace.”
