I have said it before and I will say it again, If you’re one of the lucky ones who came out from the mental health darkness, please don’t keep it to yourself. I have been there. I have been dark. I have felt it all. In my early 20’s I unravelled to my Dr. and she got me help. It has helped others knowing that there is success after the depression. You never know who is listening and needs to hear they’re not alone. There is a quality of mental health they’re entitled to.
