We had so many meaningful conversations at our booth, and one thing really stood out: the range of where people are at when it comes to thinking about their future.

Some are focused on career growth. Some are thinking about family. Some are navigating both (or still figuring out what they even want). And a lot are feeling the pressure to have it all mapped out.

What we kept coming back to is this: just like career paths, there’s no one “right” timeline for family building. Things evolve. Priorities shift. And you don’t need to have all the answers right now.

We’re grateful to have been invited to join and .co for Well Held, an intimate gathering supporting pre and postnatal bodies through movement, education, and care.

As a fertility clinic, we understand the importance of finding support through every stage of the reproductive journey. Creating spaces for education, connection, and body literacy is an important part of that care.

The afternoon included a guided pre and postnatal mat pilates class led by ,an educational panel with .co and on pelvic floor health, core recovery, and navigating care during this season, and more.

Hello to all the new followers now connected to Twig Fertility - we’re so glad you found us. On behalf of our entire team, welcome. Whether you’re exploring your fertility options, are a current or graduated patient, or are a professional within the fertility community, our goal is to support your experience with expertise and a whole lot of heart.

Over the past three years, Twig has grown from our landmark Midtown Toronto location to include additional clinics in Downtown Toronto and, most recently, Vancouver. Our patient-first approach means we’re always reaching for the latest scientific advancements to support your goals. This year, we integrated ’s AI technology into our labs to enhance the IVF journey and offer patients a front-row seat to their embryos’ development through MyEmbryoViewer. All of this is made possible by our passionate team of fertility experts, who work together to treat each unique path with candour and kindness.

Pathways to Parenthood, co-hosted last night by Twig Fertility and , explored the many ways people can build a family and the importance of inclusive workplace benefits.

Our panel was moderated by Mindy Loverin, and included Diana McLachlan, Chief People Officer at Wealthsimple, Dr. Rhonda Zwingerman, MD & Co-Founder at Twig Fertility, and Sarah Birrell, Twig Patient & Egg Freezing Advocate. They discussed the current and future landscape of fertility care, shared lived experiences with IVF and egg freezing, and highlighted how inclusive workplace benefits can meaningfully shape someone’s fertility journey.

A resounding theme emerged: there is power in sharing your story.

▫️Empowered conversations around fertility open doors for stronger workplace advocacy.
▫️Strengthened knowledge fosters greater compassion - the fertility journey is one that so many share.

Guests participated in a thoughtful Q&A and had the chance to connect with Dr. Zwingerman and our Nurse Practitioners, all while exploring our Twig Downtown space.
