My name is Sheyla I am a Registered Massage Therapist, have been now for about 3 years. I am also the owner of Pura Vida Wellness. 💫
Born and raised in Costa Rica it's only right I incorporate our national saying "Pura Vida" into my company name.
Translates to 'pure life', 'soft life', a 'good life'.
This phrase still holds so much meaning to me, still very much at the core of who I am, and how I live my life so I wanted to share it with all of you and my patients. 🇨🇷

What does self care look like to you?
For me it's the much needed alone time, to recharge myself. Whether it's a long epson salt, essential oil, candle lit, soulful music playing, dim lights bath or binge watching my favorite shows with wine and snacks, other times it might be a night out with friends (which I think we are all overdue for)
