Hi y’all, I am still here, in practice. I hope you’ve been having a great summer and enjoying the sun 🌞

There have been many shifts on my end, opening up to new opportunities, all grounded in self-improvement to be a better practitioner. With this, I’ll be expanding my availability in Midtown Toronto this Fall. I’ve also listened to y’all and will be opening Sunday sessions starting September 1st. More availability means better health and vitality through Traditional Chinese Medicine. This medicine has profoundly changed my life, and I know it can change yours too. My DMs are open and I’d love to hear from you. Even if it’s just to gush at how acupuncture has or could improve your life 😃

Hi Hi! It’s been a while and a bit of a whirlwind to the start of the year. Short update, the TCMP program got cancelled. It was a dagger to my 2024 plans.

Since then, I have been placing a lot of emphasis on resting, eating well, doing plant stuff, and per usual doing the work so I can show up for the practice. Also reconnecting with what relaxation looks like for me and my Rilakkuma teddy to remind me when I’ve been sitting at the desk for too long. Rilakkuma literally means, “Bear in relaxed mood.” 🐻

Relaxation for me means Qi is moving in flow, which equates to feeling better in my body and mind and make decisions inline with intuition.

My intentions are to share more into my life, but I make no promises, lol 😝. For now a dump, enjoy.

The sun is shining on us in Toronto this week and Spring sunset reminds me how beautiful our world is.

Spring in TCM is a time for transformation, time of the Liver and the Hun, the Ethereal Soul. Involved with creativity, intuition, and action. It makes for the perfect time to integrate what we have learned during the Winter months and taking informed action. So if you are feeling inclined to start something new or pick up an old hobby now is a good time to.
