Meniscus tears are one of the most common knee injuries we see - not just in athletes, but in everyday people too.
Sometimes it happens from sports; Sometimes just from going up and down the stairs.
The good news?
π Not every meniscus tear needs surgery.
If treated conservatively (no surgery), recovery can take anywhere from 6β12 weeks, depending on the severity and how consistent you are with your exercises.
This is Part 2 of the rehab protocol we use with our patients when managing meniscus injuries conservatively.
The focus in this phase:
β Improve knee range of motion
β Feel more stable
β Rebuild strength
