There's something about this scene that speaks to me. The juxtaposition of a bright, warm, lively sky, with crisp, hard, freezing ground. A blending of different things that share space and exist alongside one another, feels like the most real and balanced experience of all.

From clear to here. From wow to now. Lol ok I'm done.

It's wild to hear my old voice. This was probably closer to 8 years ago, but it feels like another lifetime. The current clip was from a morning of no voice prep, so it's a pretty good example of where my baseline is these days, which is far superior then the last few years. But I still have a far way to go for proper voice health, slowing down enough to ease and catch tension before it takes full hold.

Also feeling good about my improvement with reels, although the song choice is ironic because clearing your throat is actually one of the ways to cause vocal tension... So, best to avoid it, oops.

With a shift of tone, reduction in pressure, and being genuine in your wondering, a feeling of confusion or upset can mold into one of curiosity and openness.

It's okay not to know what we're feeling, why we're feeling it, or what to do now... But if we let curiosity be our guide , more often than not, clarity and answers will emerge.

Our relationship to uncertainty is central to how we navigate the world and our experiences. The fear of what we don't know and the inability to trust what we do, often leads us toward stuckness and depletion.

Trust doesn't come easily, and can at first look like making enough room to hear yourself out, before other parts of us taking over in aim of protection. Connect with your body, your deep knowing, and experiment with letting it be, and letting the rest go.
