Next course, Group Sound and Voice Arts Therapy, begins on 2nd April.

During this course you’ll learn how to hold participative sound and voice therapy sessions, soundscapes, improvisation, drum and rhythm groups and community music making sessions. This is a more involved method for attendees than our traditional passive approaches.

An event about finding peace through music, where people can come together and enjoy soothing music, and learn how to use music as a tool for stress relief and self-care. The event will feature live music performances, meditation sessions, and workshops on music therapy. It's a great opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals and find inner peace.

What a magical night it was! We’re still on cloud 9 after the incredible winter performance with Lafayette Industries this past Monday! The air was filled with love, laughter, and of course - music! A perfect way to kick off the holiday season! Our amazing participants truly shined! Music therapy has the ability to highlight so many strengths and this evening was a try testament to that!

A very special shout out to our music therapist, miss Kaela, working behind the scenes, organizing, coordinating and supporting our participants to ensure their comfort and performance.
