to 2002. Dr. Tina Meisami () during her orthognathic surgery fellowship—a formative chapter that deepened her expertise in corrective jaw procedures and shaped the patient-first philosophy she brings to every case today. We’re so grateful for kind words like these. Thank you for trusting us with your care. We know how nerve-wracking wisdom teeth removal can be, and we’re so glad to hear your experience was smooth, comfortable, and stress-free.
Our goal is always to provide exceptional care with compassion, and it means the world to know we made a difference! 🤍
“Amazing Clinic! I was really anxious about getting my wisdom teeth removed, but choosing this clinic was the best decision I could have made. I opted for general anesthesia, and I’m so glad I did. On the day of the procedure, I expected a long and uncomfortable process, but it couldn’t have gone smoother. One moment I felt drowsy, and the next, it was all over. It honestly felt like hitting a “skip” button on the entire operation, instant and completely painless. Truly an amazing clinic with exceptional care!” - Nicolai

Wondering if it’s time to have your wisdom teeth removed?
Some signs are easy to miss at first, like jaw pain or difficulty cleaning your back teeth. But waiting too long can lead to bigger issues like infection or damage to surrounding teeth.
Contact us for a consultation. 🦷

Summer’s here and the teens and tweens are out of school, which makes it the perfect time to take care of their oral surgery appointments. Wisdom teeth and baby teeth removals or exposure of impacted teeth for orthodontic treatment are easier to schedule (and recover from) when there’s no school to worry about. If your tween, teen or college/university student has been putting it off, now’s a great time to get it done.
And if you’ve been meaning to book something for yourself too, consider this your sign. 😉

Recent data reveals that nearly one in four Canadians avoided visiting an oral health care professional in the past year due to cost concerns.
This statistic underscores the ongoing barriers many Canadians face in accessing essential dental care. At Yorkville OMFS, we are dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care—and to supporting initiatives that improve access for all.
