we are facing some difficulties but for happy life or for your better life we have to overcome from "STRESSFUL TIME" and here some small tips,
just try to follow and meet your self, love yourself,
if you want to love someone or accept something first you have to love your self, u have to be happy and healthy so yeah first give some time to your self....
