2025 was a year that changed me.

It brought growth, expansion, and some of the most meaningful milestones of my life — launching my Oracle deck, building my Skool community, receiving an international speaking award, my first long service acknowledgment in EMS, beginning bee keeping and stepping more fully into work that feels deeply aligned with who I am.

It also brought loss. Saying goodbye to my sweet girl Roxy was one of the hardest things I’ve ever walked through. She taught me so much about love, presence, and loyalty, and her energy will always be part of my journey.

This year asked me to grow, to let go, and to rise — and I did. With the support of my soul sisters, Lisa and Amanda, who kept me grounded and steady when things got heavy.

I’m heading into 2026 with so much gratitude and momentum.
I’m excited to share that my next international event will take me to Austin, Texas, and there’s a powerful new chapter unfolding in my work — something I’ve been building quietly and intentionally behind the scenes.

🌿✨ Hydrotherapy, New Moon Magic & Milkw**d Medicine ✨🌿

Today was pure medicine — the kind my body and spirit didn’t even realize how deeply they needed. I spent 4.5 hours at a hydrotherapy spa with a dear friend, my first time ever, and it was everything: cold plunges, hot tubs, saltwater pools, saunas, steam rooms, hot stone beds, delicious food, and crackling wood fires that made the whole world slow down.

My nervous system finally exhaled.

While floating in one of the warm saltwater pools, we talked about the New Moon in Scorpio — a time of intention, transformation, and calling in what our soul is truly ready for. And right in the middle of sharing our intentions, the sun broke through the clouds and milkw**d seeds began drifting between us.

Milkw**d… the symbol of metamorphosis, wish fulfillment, expansion, and trusting the wind to carry you where you’re meant to land.

The timing was unreal.
It felt like the Universe was saying,
“Yes. This. Keep going.”

Today reminded me that healing doesn’t always come through big breakthroughs. Sometimes it’s water, warmth, breath, intention… and tiny winged seeds floating on a breeze to remind you you’re supported.

💫 For the first time ever… I’m sharing where it all began.

I’ve spent years sharing tips, stories, laughter, and lessons from life and work — but I’ve never really opened up about how my calling found me.

Until now.

When I was just sixteen years old, I stepped into the back of an ambulance for what I thought would be a high school co-op placement. What unfolded in that first week changed the entire trajectory of my life…

Yesterday at the Fearless Woman Summit was absolutely incredible ✨
The energy, the inspiration, the powerful women who showed up to rise together — it was everything I could have hoped for and more. 💪🌸

But if I’m being honest… my favorite part of the entire day wasn’t the stage, the speech, or even the amazing connections.

It was the moment my daughter ran across the room after I finished speaking, threw her arms around me, and said: “Mom, that was so good!” 🥹♥️

Not because it boosted my ego, but because I know I’m showing her — through action — what it means to:
🌟 Be bold
🌟 Take up space
🌟 Make powerful moves

There is always someone watching, and sometimes the most important audience in the room is right in front of you. ♥️
