Through writing prompts, we'll invite them both in for tea. These are hard times. We may have something that will help a little…
On the last Monday of the month, we come together as a writing community. With pen to paper, we write to our anxiety and to the coziness in our lives. Through writing prompts, we invite them both in for tea. All writing levels are welcome and sharing your work is always
optional. You are most welcome to turn off your camera. In each session, we get warmed up with some kinetic drawing. Then we write to our anxiety through a series of gentle prompts. And then tap into the (perhaps neglected) coziness, slowness and simplicity that bring us comfort and meaning. For more details and to register for our next session visit:

Dearest Anxiety was created and is facilitated by Laura Repo and Nina K Moore. We take this workshop ‘on the road’ for private groups and organizations via Zoom or in person when possible. About us:
Laura is a Toronto-based RMT, songwriter & mother. Her west-end massage therapy practice focuses on deep relaxation, perinatal massage and baby massage instruction. She founded Go Slow Mama as a way to address postpartum care, with attention to the health benefits of engaging in a creative practice. In 2012, Laura created Write on Mama knowing how much writing helped her through the early years of mothering. Nina is a Toronto-based anxiety coach, educator & mama turtle. Her mission is to help others better understand, minimize, prevent—and thrive with—their anxiety. Nina’s work is based on her extensive teaching background as well as her lived experience of learning to live—well—with an anxiety disorder. Writing is, for her, a sacred tool for wellness.
