During the holidays, grazing boards and festive bites are everywhere. But even when portions are small, what you choose still matters, especially after gastric sleeve surgery.

A protein-forward plate built around whole protein and vegetables helps you stay satisfied, meet your protein needs, and enjoy the celebration without feeling overfull.

A processed, higher-fat plate, while festive and tempting, can take up valuable stomach space without delivering enough protein, making it less supportive as a main meal.

The goal isn’t to avoid holiday foods, it’s to build your plate intentionally.

We’re expanding our bariatric options at Clinic 360.
In the upcoming new year, we’ll be offering SADI-S as an additional option alongside gastric sleeve surgery.

Gastric sleeve remains the most commonly performed procedure at 360 Sleeve and continues to be an excellent choice for many patients. SADI-S is being introduced as an alternative for select individuals who may benefit from a stronger metabolic approach or are exploring revision options after a previous sleeve.

Every patient’s journey is different. Our surgeons will guide you through both options to determine the safest and most effective path based on your health history and goals.

This high-protein pancake is soft, satisfying, and balanced to support fullness without the sugar spike. It’s made with real protein, fiber, and natural sweetness from fruit.

Protein Pancake Recipe
• 1 scoop protein powder
• 1/4 cup oats
• 1 large egg
• 1/4 cup cottage cheese
• 1/4 cup almond or oat milk
• 1/4 cup mixed berries (for topping)

Blend, cook as small pancakes, and top with berries or extra cottage cheese if tolerated.

Estimated protein: ~12–15 g per pancake, depending on portion size.
