Group activity - making a together, one slice for each person, the finished slice can work alone or in the full circle. The mandala in art therapy can be used as a self-calming and self-centring tool. The mandala can also be used to contain powerful and difficult emotions, it is a circular design that has been used since ancient times to invoke the spirit of healing. We hear about self care all the time. It’s often misunderstood.
I understand the assignment as follows; do something nice for yourself with intention. The key is “with intention”. Taking the time to treat ourselves with the respect we deserve.

The bonus on as is that I can get my kids to drink their so really it’s a for everyone.

Take the time to treat yourself to something…it does wonders for your whatever it may be.
