When the pregnancy test is negative. Again.
The grief is real.
And people who love you say things like “just stay positive” or “maybe it wasn’t the right time.” 💔
Their intentions are kind.
But these comments minimize what you’re feeling.
What I see so often is women pushing through the feelings.
• pushing forward without making space for what just happened
• immediately analyzing what went wrong
• spending hours researching possible causes
• pulling back from support because no one really understands
• or jumping straight into planning the next cycle because the clock is ticking ⏰
Know this —> the body processes grief whether we acknowledge it or not.
When there’s no space for it, the grief doesn’t disappear.
It gets stored.
And over time, this often leads to burnout, emotional exhaustion, and disconnection from the baby we are calling in.
This is why I developed what I call the Failed Cycle Recovery Protocol - a process that honors both layers:
