Alex is a Registered Massage Therapist and Certified Personal Trainer with a strong passion for anatomy, movement, and helping others achieve their wellness goals. Before entering the health and fitness field, he studied computer programming, but soon realized that a career centered around movement and hands-on care was a better fit for his lifestyle and interests. Encouraged by a friend who recognized his natural strengths, he pursued massage therapy and found his true calling.

Over the past several years, Alexander has worked in a variety of settings, including gyms, spas, and multidisciplinary clinics. This diverse experience has allowed him to treat clients from many different backgrounds and with a wide range of needs. He is skilled in developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s body and goals, whether they are seeking relaxation, recovery, or pain relief. He adjusts pressure thoughtfully to ensure both effectiveness and comfort.

His treatment style incorporates general Swedish massage techniques and may include sports massage, deep tissue therapy, relaxation massage, and trigger point release. Drawing on his background as a personal trainer, Alexander often integrates corrective exercises and stretches into his sessions. Toward the end of treatment, he may demonstrate targeted movements to help clients manage discomfort and support long-term results.

Outside of his professional work, Alexander enjoys weightlifting, running, and staying active as part of his own self-care routine. He believes maintaining his physical health allows him to provide the highest quality care to his clients. Growing up, he played competitive basketball and volleyball, experiences that fostered his teamwork skills, discipline, and continuous drive for improvement.
