The big question in IVF is always: Which embryo is the one?

CHLOE AI (Cultivating Human Life through Optimal Embryos) analyzes time-lapse videos to help embryologists rank embryos for transfer with visual annotations and a score.

It does not replace your embryology team, a high quality lab, or PGT-A, but it does support embryologists with ranking and assessment.

Ask how CHLOE might change your personal chance of a live birth and whether it is available for your cycle.

Intralipids are sometimes offered as an immune-modulating add-on during fertility treatment, but what does the evidence really say?

Swipe through to learn what they are, how they’re thought to work, and when it might make sense to discuss them with your team.

This post is for education only and is not medical advice.

For patients with repeated failed transfers or early miscarriages, intralipids may help by modulating immune activityaround implantation.

The data aren’t definitive, and larger studies are needed, but in well-counseled patients the risk is low and the potential benefit may be worth considering.

The key is making the decision together with your REI, after reviewing your history, embryo quality, and other proven treatments.

This doesn’t mean panic. It means make informed choices. Understanding what’s in your environment and making small swaps where you can is a great first step.
