Ever find yourself stuck in loops of overthinking-replaying a conversation, second-guessing a decision, trying to "figure it out"?

That's not you failing. That's a part of you trying to protect, soothe, or make sense of something unresolved.

Rumination isn't malfunction-it's misalignment.

When we pause to ask, "What is this thought loop trying to keep me from feeling?" —we begin to shift from mental spinning to emotional healing.

The mind ruminates, but the body remembers.

What if your overthinking is a call inward-not for more logic, but for more compassion?
