Easy Chocolate Mousse for Fat Loss 🍫
Creamy, rich, and macro-friendly — this is my go-to dessert when I want something decadent without blowing my calories.

Recipe:
• 349g soft silken tofu
• 1 heaping tbsp chocolate keto instant pudding mix
• 1 tbsp cacao powder
• 175 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
• 1 tsp orange zest
• Pinch of sea salt
• 20g 70% dark chocolate chips, melted

Blend until smooth, fold in the melted chocolate, chill (30 minutes in the freezer or an hour in the fridge) and enjoy 🤍

Macros (per 200g serving):
✨ 144 calories
✨ 9g protein
✨ 19.3g carbs
✨ 5.5g fat

Proof you can enjoy dessert and stay in a calorie deficit.
