"I highly recommend this course to anyone interested in pediatric/infant client care, especially those who lack confidence or aren't sure where to start. I, too, wasn’t confident in providing pediatric/infant care, but over the past month, I’ve learned how to listen to clients’ concerns, think about what I can do, and take action.”

This is what Infant CST Level 1 gives you. Not just techniques. A framework. A way of thinking. Confidence to walk into a session with a baby and know what to look for.

Practitioners who were unsure where to begin find their footing here. And that changes everything for the families they work with.

Infant CST Level 1 starts April 28th. Registration is closing soon - link in the bio.

The practitioners who get the best outcomes with their infant clients are not those who know the most techniques, they are the ones who can address what is underneath the symptom.

CST is not a replacement for the work you already do. It is the layer underneath it. When we release the fascial restrictions and nerve compression driving the problem, every other strategy you use has less resistance to work against.

That is why IBCLCs, SLPs, PTs, Chiropractors, and Doulas are all training in infant CST.

Infant CST Level 1 starts April 28th. Link in the bio to register.

A parent with scoliosis often causes a shift in the pelvis, which changes carries their baby in a way that reflects their own body's patterns. Over time, that positioning can contribute to tension in the baby, including torticollis.

We are not treating in isolation. We are treating within a family system, with bodies that influence each other every single day.

This is why we listen to the whole story, not just the baby's. And why we approach every assessment without assumptions.

That asymmetrical crawl might look adorable, but it could also be a sign worth addressing sooner rather than later.
When a baby:
- bum scoots
- drags a leg
- consistently favours one side
there is often a fascial restriction or nerve function pattern driving it.

Every time they move that way, they build and reinforce a neural pathway.

CST helps us find the restriction and support the body in releasing it, before those patterns become ingrained.

Five grams of pressure. That is the weight of a nickel sitting on the back of your hand.

It is also all we need to initiate a release in the craniosacral system.

This surprises almost everyone when they first learn about CST. The touch is so light, and yet, the results are significant.
- Babies feeding more comfortably
- Adults finally releasing tension they have carried for years
- Children whose sleep and digestion shift after just a few sessions

The body does not need force, it needs the right signal delivered at the right time.

This is the foundation of everything we teach at Beames CST Training Centre

Infant CST Level 1 is virtual, but the learning is hands-on every week.

You practice techniques on a real baby, submit a case report, and receive feedback from your instructors. You are not left to figure it out alone.

In Level 1, you learn to assess the full infant body for fascial restrictions and work to release them. You’ll get home care exercises, treatment note templates, “How to Talk to Parents”, and so much more to help prepare you for this new skill of yours.

Heads-up (pun intended): Cranial releases are not taught virtually because that work requires in-person guidance. That comes in Level 2.
This is how skills are built - by getting really good at one skill through repetition, then layering on another.

Visit the link in our bio to learn more and enroll in Level 1.

April is CST Awareness Month. And if you work with babies, families, or anyone carrying tension they cannot shake, this month is for you.

Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on approach that works with the body’s rhythms to release fascial restrictions, support nervous system regulation, and address root causes rather than just symptoms.
It is one of the fastest-growing areas of healthcare. And the demand for trained infant CST practitioners is growing right along with it.

All month, we are sharing the stories, the science, and the reasons practitioners from around the world are choosing to train in this work.

The babies who need craniosacral therapy don't always look the way you'd expect.

Sometimes it's the one who can only latch well on one side. The one who startles constantly. The one who seems tense, even when everything else checks out fine.

Knowing what to look for changes what you can offer the families you work with.

"10 Signs a Baby Needs Bodywork" is a free download created for practitioners who work with infants. Grab it at the link in the bio.

Breech babies often present with tension in the abdomen and spine. This stems from how they were positioned in the womb, sometimes for months.

That tension can affect the nerves that play a central role in digestion.

Even when a breech baby flips before birth or is born by cesarean, those patterns often remain in the body.

Birth history is part of every Infant CST assessment. It helps us understand what the body has been holding, and where to begin.

CST Foundations starts tomorrow, and there is still time to join.

This is the first step in infant CST training. Over four weeks, you'll learn foundational craniosacral technique and begin building the hand sensitivity this work requires before you ever touch a baby.
Weekly practice, case report submissions, and instructor feedback are built in so you develop real skills, not just theory.

If you have been thinking about adding infant CST to your practice, this is where it begins. Keep an eye out for our next CST Foundations course and sign up. They fill up fast!
