You can eat pakoras this Ramadan.

But there are three important rules.

Rule number one is simple.

Only eat pakoras made at home.

Avoid the ones from the market.

Rule number two is about the oil.

Use coconut oil or mustard oil.

Desi ghee is also a great choice.

Rule number three is the most important.

Never reuse the oil for frying.

Always use fresh oil every time.
