✨ 3 Simple Exercises to Ease a Stiff Upper Back ✨
1️⃣ Thoracic Cat-Cow
Gently open and close the joints of your upper back. Take a deep breath at each end range and aim to increase motion with every rep.
2️⃣ Side-Lying Thoracic Rotation
Add more twist through the upper back. Breathe deeply at the bottom, and try to rotate a little farther on your exhale.
3️⃣ Kelso Shrugs
Stretch + strengthen your traps and rhomboids. Let your shoulder blades protract fully, pause in the stretch, then squeeze them back together. Gradually add load as you progress.
