1.5 billion land animals are killed every week, and many people don’t realize that includes horses.

I was grateful to join Cheryl Moss on her Better Life for Animals Podcast to talk about why we must create alternatives to suffering, starting with how we view animals.

In this episode, I shared how horses have guided my healing journey, the practice of Ho’oponopono, and the powerful energy horses offer when we honor their spirit.

We also talked about how healing ourselves and healing the planet go hand in hand.

I believe we are all being called to step into our power, to act from compassion, and to co-create a better life for animals.
