A quote (does anyone know who said this?) that I appreciated and wrote a while back and found myself returning to today.
It has been a profound honor not only to sit with and witness clients’ pain, wounds, and discomfort- but also to witness the growth, strengthening, and expansion that unfolds as they move through and beyond those seasons.
Sitting in deep gratitude for all the folks: clients, colleagues, fellow therapists and all the HUMANS out there who bravely meet pain, allow themselves to be uncomfortable and vulnerable, and emerge with a depth & growth they could not have reached any other way.
