I taught my last class in this beautiful space today. This was our Yoga home for the past year and a bit where I had the privilege of meeting and holding space for so many of you🫶

We’ll see you next week at our new location. Bookings open March 31.

If Restorative Yoga is my favourite child, then Vinyasa Yoga is my scorned second child that I’ve grown to love with patience and practice lol 🫠 I teach my last two Hatha Vinyasa classes this Sunday and next at Memorial Pool and Health Club at 10:30am and 12pm. Come drop-in, we’d love to have you!

Registration is now open!

Join myself and for a 3 day weekend getaway at .earth.oasis just 90 minutes north of Toronto. This retreat is for EVERYONE including those new to yoga!

What’s included:
- all Yoga, meditation, and Reiki sessions
- 2 night accommodation
- delicious gourmet healthy cooking from dinner upon arrival to lunch at departure

⭐️ULTIMATE RESTORE - NEW DATE ADDED⭐️

Since my November 16 session is almost at capacity, I’ve just opened up another session set for December 7! This will *likely* be the last one for the year. Hope to see you there!

I’m excited to announce that Ultimate Restore will be returning next month! An afternoon of Restorative Yoga and Reiki - a sweet treat that’ll leave you feeling relaxed and recharged for the week ahead. I’ll be facilitating a smaller group this time around so book early to avoid disappointment.

*For this event, we’ll be accepting a maximum of 4 participants.

Starting November, I’ll be offering not one, but two Candlelight Restorative yoga classes at 3pm and 5pm every Sunday until March 2025. As the community and class sizes grow, this ensures everyone gets a spot without feeling crowded. We hope you can join us soon!

If you’re a woman 18+ with newcomer or convention refugee status, please join me on Mondays at 6pm for free yoga! All classes will take place through Zoom from September to November and absolutely no experience is required. Practice yoga with other women in the comfort of your own home, while also benefiting from the wonderful settlement services that has to offer.

Loving all parts of teaching, including the set up! When I used to energy exchange at yoga studios, part of my job was to open and clean the space for the teachers which was a good habit that has stuck with me through my teaching era. For me it’s also a great way to ground before class begins. Nothing like teaching in a fresh clean space 🌱😃
