2. Attach three dairy-free chocolate chips onto each banana using a small dab of nut butter for eyes.
3. Peel clementines, then insert a celery stick for the pumpkin stem.
4. Serve on a plate for a spooky yet nutritious treat!
🍏Caramel Apple Monster Mouths

4. Place nuts around the edges for teeth, a strawberry slice for the tongue and dairy-free dark chocolate chips for the eyes, using a bit of nut butter as glue.
🍄Stuffed Mushroom Eyeballs
1. Preheat the oven based on your favourite tofu filling recipe.
2. Remove stems and clean the mushrooms.
3. Stuff each mushroom cap with a savoury tofu filling of your choice.
4. Place an olive slice and a small piece of sun-dried tomato on each mushroom to create the eyeball effect.
5. Bake until mushrooms are tender. Serve warm.
🕷️Energy Ball Spiders
1. In a food processor, pulse 200g chopped dates or prunes, 20g coconut, 20g pumpkin or sunflower seeds, and 50g oats (add a scoop of protein powder to make this a super nutritious snack!).
2. Lightly oil your hands to prevent sticking, then roll the mixture into small, even-sized balls.
3. Place the balls in the fridge and chill for at least 30 minutes to set. Keep them refrigerated for freshness.
4. Slice carrots into thin, stick-like pieces. Dip each piece in dark chocolate and gently insert them into the sides of the energy ball to create spooky spider legs.
5. Use sunflower seeds, raisins, or dark chocolate chips, to create spooky eyes for each spider.
Let’s keep Halloween tasty and healthy this year! 🌱🦇
