I was recently featured in Saturday’s edition of The Globe and Mail to talk all things retinol — one of the most researched and powerful ingredients in dermatology!

Retinol is a derivative of vitamin A that boosts collagen production, speeds up cell turnover, and helps treat fine lines, acne, pigmentation, and uneven skin tone. It’s a multitasking powerhouse — but only when used correctly!

As I mentioned in the article, “We do recommend it for most of our patients who are interested in an anti-aging skin-care routine that’s backed by science.” The key is to start low and slow, and always use SPF during the day.
