Common signs of back-to-school anxiety include sleep disturbances, loss of appetite, refusal to attend school, isolation from friends and family, and a decrease in engagement in activities. Feeling overwhelmed? 🌿 Try the 4-7-8 breathing technique to find your calm. This powerful relaxation exercise can help reduce stress and anxiety.

🫁 How to do it:

1️⃣ Inhale: Breathe quietly through your nose for 4 seconds.
2️⃣ Hold: Hold your breath for a count of 7 seconds.
3️⃣ Exhale: Exhale entirely through your mouth for 8 seconds.

Repeat this cycle 4 times, and feel the tension melt away. 💆‍♀️✨ This technique is perfect for winding down before sleep or finding a moment of peace during a hectic day.
