- Teaching you the proper form for barbell compound exercises such as Squats, Deadlifts, Overhead Press and Bench Press.
- Learning important methods of bodybuilding and muscle growth
- Creating a proper routine/periodization that suits your individual needs π
- 1 on 1 assessments for all participants to ensure youβre getting the most out of your workouts
Our Strength Camp runs every Friday at 5:00 pm and Sunday at 10:00 am. So whether youβre an early bird or a night owl, weβve got a time slot that works for you!
