🪔 Diwali the Festival of Lights 🪔
The sun, moon, stars and fire are the natural sources of light.
As we light the lamp which is the source of energy, we turn our attention to the very source of light, which symbolizes knowledge and life.
We share this spiritual source of light symbolizing moving away from shadows of ignorance into the wider spectrum of “ Light of the Self”.
May you be blessed with the increasing spiritual illumination and enjoy the internal celebration of Diwali in the depth of our hearts.

I was fortunate to witness the celebrations for Yoga Day organized by VServe Canada at the Celebration Square in Missisagua. The time taken by Yoga Guru’s to inspire people was heartwarming. Despite of the sunny windy weather, we were motivated to be together as a community. Here are a few glimpses of what was enticing and joyful.
