Make this easy, heart-healthy recipe with me: it comes together with just 10 minutes of prep 🫀🥕
For 2 servings you’ll need:
– A couple of beets
– 4 carrots 🥕
– 2 chicken breasts, I get my organic chicken breast from
– Your favourite spice mix, I’m using spicy taco mix which has clean ingredients and is super yummy
– Olive oil spray
Peel and chop your veggies, add the chicken to the same baking sheet, season generously, and spritz everything with olive oil.
Roast at 400°F for about an hour and you’re done.
You can easily swap in any veggies you have on hand, but root vegetables are especially supportive in winter. According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, they help us feel more grounded - and beets are particularly powerful for heart health thanks to their nitric oxide support.
