Hopping on the “2026 is the new 2016” train. 🚂

It’s funny people are saying that because I’m frolicking through Germany in a lot of my 2016 photos and here I am in 2026 literally having the first Germany trip booked for next week, so.. let’s go!

Does this mean my 2026 word should be “frolicking”?🤔 taking 2026 word suggestions in the comments, haha 👇🏼

- 1: frolicking through Berlin. Fun fact this dress was only worn that one day because I sat down on some gum in that very picture 😂 also there are 24 versions of this photo but focused on this very persistent bee hanging around 🐝
- 2: frolicking through Münster. If you know you know.

- 4: visiting Lulu in Heidelberg 🫶🏼

Meal prep doesn’t have to be aesthetic to be effective.
This is the quick mental checklist I run through every Sunday as a nutritionist to know if I’ve actually set myself up for the week ahead 🥗

✔️ Was my sink a mess at some point? (aka veggies washed, chopped, prepped)
✔️ Do I actually have empty food containers because they’re filled and in the fridge?
✔️ Is my organics bin full of real, whole food scraps?
✔️ Did I prep protein? (because meals should be built around it)
✔️ When I open my fridge… do I see options?

If I can say yes to most of these, I know future-me is going to eat well—even on busy days.

Just officially finished the & The Lab “Yet” challenge - 5 Hyrox workouts within a week!

This was definitely challenging but also such a lovely reminder of how much I’ve missed CrossFit training!

CrossFit is amazing for heart health because it pairs both strength conditioning and cardio within one endorphin boosting workout!🫀🫀🏋🏻‍♀️🏋🏻‍♀️

Also if you haven’t checked out sweat and tonic yet, you should, it’s like better than the hype 🙃🫶🏼😍

My winter immune & heart health non-negotiables ❄️🫀

With less sunlight and more immune stress during Canadian winters, I focus on nutrients that support both immunity and cardiovascular health.

Vitamin D3 + K2, Vitamin C, Zinc, and CoQ10 help support daily immune defense, manage inflammation, and protect heart and blood vessel health - especially when our bodies need extra support.

Make this easy, heart-healthy recipe with me: it comes together with just 10 minutes of prep 🫀🫜🥕

For 2 servings you’ll need:
– A couple of beets 🫜
– 4 carrots 🥕
– 2 chicken breasts, I get my organic chicken breast from
– Your favourite spice mix, I’m using spicy taco mix which has clean ingredients and is super yummy
– Olive oil spray

Peel and chop your veggies, add the chicken to the same baking sheet, season generously, and spritz everything with olive oil.
Roast at 400°F for about an hour and you’re done.

You can easily swap in any veggies you have on hand, but root vegetables are especially supportive in winter. According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, they help us feel more grounded - and beets are particularly powerful for heart health thanks to their nitric oxide support.

My cycle syncing app told me today is a great day to reflect on wins, so I’m listening.🙏🏼

2025 was challenging to say the least but I’m choosing to look at some of its bright sides for every month nonetheless ✨🫀

Here are some 2025 wins for every month:

- 1/January: got a really nice metabolic balance review from a client
-2/February: spent some quality time wit my fur Bebe while I still could 🐈‍⬛🪽
-3/March: ran a Corporate Wellness women’s day event that was very well received and so fun
- 4/April: discovered the oasis that is
- 5/May: had a fun day shooting content with
- 6/June: got to discover the beauty that Vancouver, BC holds and caught this fun flower exhibit at the botanical gardens on its very last day
- 7/July: saw my favourite band live
- 8/August: got to put up a Display and business cards at the Toronto cardiac clinic 🫀✨
- 9/September: CHFA with fellow nutritionists 💗
- 10/October: NYC reunion trip with dad‘s gotta take the cake
-11/November: a friend making a whole menu for me during my visit made me feel very taken care of 🥹
- 12/December: a lovely surprise from my friends at

Go through your camera roll month by month and note the glimmers that you find in every month. This helps us appreciate the good things that happened and gets us ready to call in more of that goodness in 2026!
