It’s been sometime☺️ it felt like a day I should come on and send yall some love. Today was a hard day especially for folx in the states, it may seem like things are up in the air right now, but we will get through this.

Motivational Monday we are a week into October Y’all. Short and sweet today I strongly believe the universe brings things to you when you are ready. Along with energy in this world is meant to be shared and passed around in different doses.

Be patient it will come to you when your heart, soul, body and mind are ready.

Also please take some time to reflect on the last year for the ppl of Palestine their lives and ours have changed forever.

Happy Spring Yogis!

It’s finally here let’s celebrate! By starting to take care of yourself, this motivational Mondays quote. Your body is a sacred garden;tend to it and watch it bloom. Here’s a couple self care items you can do keep yourself and mental health in check that doesn’t cost to much.

1. Hydrate 💦
2. Breath/ Meditation take a few minutes 🧘🏾‍♀️
3.Take a walk with family or friend or just yourself 🚶🏾‍♀️
4. Declutter a small area, set a timer 🧹
5. Make a meal/ Bake 👩🏾‍🍳
6. Have a meal outdoors or a Picnic 🧺
7. Take a Power Nap 😴
8. Dance listen to a favourite tune 🎵
9. Tend to plants or garden 🪴
10. Read a book, hit up library or listen to fave podcast📖

There are many things you can do, you know what’s best for you. Try to do 1 or 2 of these a day for yourself

Double today motivation Monday and a full moon. Hoping yall are blessed with this moons energy. Wrap up any projects you’ve started and prepare for winter and new year!

November's Beaver Moon urges us to conclude projects and turn inward for winter. Beavers retreat to their lodges during this time, preparing for the cold.

As autumn fades to gray, it's a season for slowing down, much like beavers do. Beavers symbolize hard work and collaboration, and we can follow their lead by completing projects, nurturing internal well-being, and strengthening our connections to family, community, and nature.

The Beaver Moon teaches us to prepare for the cold by slowing down, staying warm, and focusing on our health. To align with its energies:

1. Finish projects before winter.
2. Dream and plan for the new year.
3. Stay warm and rest more.
4. Cherish time with loved ones.
5. Embrace sensory experiences.
6. Reflect through meditation and journaling.

Hey Yogis,

Back with Motivational Monday Post this quote stuck out with me today. As we get older and continue to work on ourselves we come to a point of self acceptance.

Growing up western culture at least for me we are told and taught to hit milestones from birth. As I’ve gotten older and lived I’ve realized that I need to go at my own pace, you aren’t on the same path as others, stand up for things and people you believe in and hold space for myself. Once I did that and lived for myself, my partner and daughter I’ve found some peace.

So just a little reminder go at your own pace, being accepting and loving of yourself. You will find peace when you do that.

Hope y’all can make it to my event this Sunday in the meantime you all have a great week, do something nice for someone spread the love.

Hey Yogis,

It’s been a while, trying to hold space for myself while adjusting to mom life. So grateful to my partner and our little family Goldie’s truly a blessing. I’ve been doing some reflecting and what a great time to do so with this blue super moon in Pisces I wanted to send y’all some positive vibes.

I’ll keep it short and sweet on this blue full moon in Pisces take in this energy its wild yet cleansing and calm. It’s a great time to manifest healing and growth. Release expectations and hold space for yourself. New season is coming 💫🌑
