In the past decade of practicing naturopathic medicine, I’ve noticed a few consistent patterns:
- The “boring” habits still outperform the exciting “health trends": movement, whole foods, sleep.
- Most people don’t need another supplement. They need more sleep.
- Behaviour change is often the limiting factor in health outcomes. People don’t fail health plans. Health plans fail people when they’re unrealistic.
- The most powerful medicine is often the least marketable: consistent habits practiced for years.
- Prevention remains underutilized.
The evidence keeps pointing back to the same foundations:
Movement.
Sleep.
Nutrition.
Consistency.
Simple doesn’t mean easy—but it’s still what works. Are you ready to simplify your health?
