✨ Gluten-Free Thanksgiving Stuffing ✨
A cozy, nourishing twist on a holiday classic that’s perfect for your fall table 🍂🦃
Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F.
2️⃣ Warm a large cast iron skillet over medium heat, add 2 tbsp ghee or avocado oil.
3️⃣ Add 3 cups onion, 2 cups celery, 1 cup mushrooms, 1 cup apples, ¼ cup dried cranberries, 4 tsp poultry seasoning, sea salt + pepper. Sauté ~10 mins until softened.
4️⃣ Remove from heat, stir in 2 cups super fine almond flour.
5️⃣ In a small bowl, whisk 3 eggs until fully combined, then mix into skillet until incorporated.
6️⃣ Bake 45 mins (or until baked through + golden brown).
7️⃣ Cool for 5 mins, then serve warm & enjoy!
