Realistic Job Preview: What will your day to day look like?

•Managing patient data and scheduling appointments is the primary focus of this role

• The average day will consist of outbound and inbound communication with patients through phone and email communication

• Displaying sincere empathy on a regular basis is another focal point of this position, as patients will often be experiencing pain and discomfort

• Added stress as a result of constant communication and multi-tasking is another factor that must be considered.

• Facilitating timely and effective help for patients means that the candidate is responsible for ensuring patients receive the care they need, when they need it.

• Facilitating patient care is a rewarding aspect of working with our organization and will bring satisfaction to your role

• Health Bound Network is team focused, and believes that the strength of one department relies on the strength of another.

• Health Bound Network’s administration team relies on a variety of software for scheduling and billing needs. The candidate will spend most of their time on the computer.

• The duration of the shift will primarily be spent sitting at a desk. We have a variety of ergonomic tools to aid in our team's comfort, and will supply any additional aids needed.
