This evening, our amazing community came together for a Stop the Bleed session! Big thanks to everyone who joined ❤️

The training was led by dedicated doctors and nurses, who taught us life-saving skills on how to help someone who is bleeding out and make sure they don’t lose their life before help arrives. 🙌

Everyone also received their own tourniquet kit to take home — giving them the tools to put their new skills into action if ever needed. 🩹

We shared dinner and handed out a few gift cards as a thank-you to our wonderful participants. 🍽️🎁

Everyone left feeling more confident, empowered, and ready to save a life if needed. A huge shoutout to our community for showing up, learning, and caring for one another! 💪💙

Monday night, I had the honor of sharing dinner with a group of strong, courageous mothers who have each lost a son to gun violence.
Before we begin our regular sessions, we took time to simply connect—to be present, to breathe, to hold space for one another.
Healing doesn’t only happen in therapy rooms. It happens at the table. In shared stories. In community. In quiet moments of being seen.
I’m deeply humbled to walk alongside these women in their healing journey. 🕊️❤️

Marching for Change — September 13 🕊️
Today, we walked together to speak out against gun violence. Every step we took was for lives lost, communities affected, and a future that demands peace. The voices were powerful. The message was clear: enough is enough.

Yesterday, I was interviewed by CP24 to speak on the impact of gun violence in our communities.
Through my work and experience in the community, I’ve seen firsthand how deeply gun violence affects families — not just in the moment, but for years to come. The trauma, grief, and fear ripple through every part of life.
I’m grateful to have had the opportunity to share my perspective and shed light on the voices that are too often unheard.
