To support AMHO members further advance and embed equity, anti-racism, and anti-oppression (EARAO) principles in mental health, substance use health, and addictions supports, AMHO developed EARAO recruitment and reporting resources, and an EARAO Framework to help translate values into action, strengthening inclusive hiring practices, and fostering more equitable workplace cultures.
