The "two-weeks-postpartum" fog is real. 👩🍼 Between the feedings, the naps (or lack thereof), and just trying to find your feet again, your body can start to feel a little stiff.
In those early weeks after birth, gentle movement can go a long way. It helps release tension, reconnect you to your core, and gently remind your body that it’s safe to move again. Even a few mindful minutes, like flowing through the Cat Cow exercise, can ease the stiffness that builds up from feeding, holding your baby, and those long, sleepless nights
