We are OBSESSED with this vintage scale! ⚖️

👀 We found this gem lying around hidden in our store all rusted, paint chipped, and gunky.

🛠️ But because we saw its potential, we decided to give it a good clean and sanding to restore it to its original form (a 40 pound metal scale 😂)

We totally forgot to take a proper “before” photo but swipe 👉🏼 to see how some of the pieces looked before the refresh!

About last weekend 👀 (we’ve got a couple things to celebrate!)

1️⃣ We were honoured to be a part of launch party to celebrate her practice taking root at !

🧘🏻‍♀️Just down the street from us, offers group classes, privates, and events that explore mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, and mudra - so make sure to check them out! [swipe to the end to take a peak at their gorgeous space!]

2️⃣ Giving a little preview here, we have collaborated with .cmw to share some of our products, but also created a couple of custom blends that is available only at their clinic location! [More info to come so stay tuned for as this gets launched in the next couple of weeks 😉]

As we’re slowly transitioning out of the fickle weather in between winter and spring, let’s talk about some products we recommend for your pantry!

1️⃣ SNIFFLE SEASON TEA 🤧: For those who usually get seasonal allergies, it is likely those symptoms have already come back (& maybe with a vengeance!). This blend is excellent in managing those symptoms so you’re able to go about your day without being glued to a tissue box

2️⃣ LIVER LOVE TEA🌷: Did you know, in TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine), our liver meridian is associated with the spring season? As our liver becomes more active during this time, some support for this hard working organ is well deserved! Of course, there are a lot of other TCM liver supporting herbs but that deserves a whole separate post 😉

3️⃣ NOURISH THE ROOT TINCTURE 🍄‍🟫: This pre-blend has been a best seller for the past 2 months! Great for supporting your immune system, and, as the name suggests, nourishing the root (i.e. rebuilding the body in convalescence), it’s a good one to have on hand.
