She is a Certified Intradermal Specialist, a Diplomat of American Council of Dermagraphic Research and a member of the American Academy of Micropigmentation. Regan specializes in Scar Re-pigmentation, Resurfacing, and Camouflage, Laser Tattoo Removal, Non Laser Tattoo Removal, Areola Restoration, Permanent Cosmetics, Injectables, Vitalago and Skin Repigmentation, Sclerotherapy and Mesotherapy.
