I used to go to the annual health show with my mum every year at the Convention Center. It was our thing and her most favorite, she wouldn't miss it for anything! Even made sure to tell me she could miss the birth of my son because of it! 😆 She would sit and listen to every single lecture for 2 days straight and the knowledge she would walk away with was more than some educational programs could provide!

2020 hit and my mum was no longer with us and neither were the health shows, conventions like this stopped happening. Everything hit pause, for years... cause of "social distancing" 🙄

✨But now it's back!!✨

The first health expo of the decade returns next weekend!
And I'll be there as an exhibitor! Bitter sweet, cause I sure will be missing my mum but I know she'll be there in spirit right beside me 💫

It's a very special year as well - it's my 10 year anniversary of helping mums understand more about holistic health! 🙌🏼🙏🏼🎉

I don't spend my earnings on clothes and accessories, you'll find me in the thrift stores for that stuff.

I put my money where my mouth is... into my family's fuel.
This is where my priority sits - with organic, high quality food.

I mostly buy our foods from local farmers but there are some things that I shop at the grocery stores for and this an example of what was in my cart today 🤤

I think you can guess what I'm rolling my eyes at 🙄

Bottom line is, if we have to treat it, we need to understand where it came from, its origins.

And if it was created in a lab, like other v!ruses and diseases have been, then those who created it need to be held accountable.

Create a problem, sell a solution. That's where we're at.

Pop quiz... we know how this plays out right?!?

Ok so the VALOR study (NCT05477524), which enrolled approximately 9,400 individuals over five years of age ( yep parents put their kids in this trial 🤯) fell short with only a 70% success rate.

"The companies said that fewer than anticipated Lyme disease cases were accrued over the study period, meaning the primary endpoint was not statistically significant."

So what do they need more of to make this a highly profitable venture for them and prove it's "needed"???
