My coaching style leans more towards old traditional ways of nourishment, healing and living in general. To help you take charge of your own health by training you how to build healthy habits and how to sustain them. I show you how to incorporate sustainable healthy habits into your everyday life. Like a driving instructor, I sit in the passenger's seat guiding you while you steer the wheel.

- We meet on Zoom every week at the same exact time for 12 weeks (three months). Because building new habits and sustaining them takes time.
- We communicate regularly between sessions on what's app.
- My programs are always conducted in a mix of Arabic and English. They can be either conducted as one-to-one or in a group context depending on each case. Please remember that I am not a doctor, a dietician or a therapist. I am a health coach and trained to do life coaching when needed. You are a good fit for my programs if you have:
